Changing lifestyles
Today, no one does
not want to get healthy and in a good condition. Health is the most popular topic in
the world. There are some main factors why modern people change their
lifestyles. however, some of them are not beneficial or healthy for their body.
Firstly, most
people have full time jobs, they do not have enough time to prepare food,
therefore, using microwaves is very common, because they need to be fast-paced to face their
jobs and family matters. One report said that usually using a microwave to heat
food is not good for people’s bodies, since it produce radiation.
On the other hand, education
brings the awareness of health. People understand healthy knowledge, they should eat
more vegetables and fruits, but less red meat. Obviously, these are right choices for healthy lifestyles.
The third reason is that globalization allows different countries’ cuisines to mix with each other, for example, many
Americans like Chinese food, however, many Chinese young people prefer American fast food or salad. However, it is double-edged sword. On the one hand, it can take
advantage of other countries’ food, for instance, Chinese food have good taste, and low calories, they are more healthy for people than American's. While on the other hand, it also can bring bad eating
habits. For example, young people like to consume fast food, and take so much
high calories, resulting in obesity.
In summary, modern people change lifestyles due to
their awareness of nutrition, globalization, and lengthening of their working day. we are also optimistic to see that more and more people in the world are willing to seek nutritious food, good flavor, and diverse eating habits.
